5. Purchases, Donations & Refunds
All purchases of books, courses, coaching, or events are processed securely through our payment partners. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Donations are non-refundable and are not tax-deductible unless explicitly stated.
6. Coaching & Ministry Disclaimer
Coaching, mentorship, prophetic ministry, and spiritual guidance offered through Presence Carriers are intended for spiritual edification and personal growth. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
7. Communications & SMS
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from Presence Carriers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or unsubscribing from emails. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) post or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with the operation of the Services; or (d) use the Services to violate the rights of others.
